  • For athletes, mix one (1) scoop in ten (10) to twelve (12) fluid ounces of ice cold water (or smoothie) within 20 minutes of completing a low intensity exercise session (1 hour or less). For exercise sessions that are high intensity and/or longer than 1 hour, mix two (2) scoops into ten (10) to twelve (12) fluid ounces of ice cold water (or smoothie) within 20 minutes of completion.
