10 Week Weight Loss Program

Step 1 (Week 1): Capture your Body Measurements.   With our easy to use spreadsheet to document your measurements.  We will provide a link to watch our instructional video to ensure that you are capturing your body measurements correctly.

 

Step 2 (Week 2): Complete the following assessments to determine you current level of fitness:

Strength Test –  You will have access to our user friendly spreadsheet to document your performance

Cardio Test –  You will have access to our user friendly spreadsheet to document your elapsed time

 

Step 3 (Weeks 3, 4, 5): For the next three (3) weeks follow this Exercise & Nutrition Program:

We will provide links to download the entire exercise schedule

We will provide links to for each week’s meals & snack suggestions

 

Step 4 (Week 6): Re-Capture your Body Measurements

Update your body measurements spreadsheet and evaluate the amount of change that has occurred with the loss of body fat/increased muscle

 
We will provide a link to watch a video to learn how to interpret your evaluation results and its relationship to your weight loss

 

Complete your Strength & Cardio tests & Update Each Spreadsheet:

Strength Test – Update your Strength Test Spreadsheet and evaluate the amount of change that has occurred with your strength
We will provide a link to watch a video & learn how to interpret your evaluation results and its relationship to your weight loss

 

Cardio Test – Update your Cardio Test Spreadsheet and evaluate the amount of change that has occurred with your endurance

We will provide a link to watch a video & learn how to interpret your evaluation results and its relationship to your weight loss

 

Step 5 (Weeks 7, 8, 9): For the next three (3) weeks follow this exercise & eating schedule

Step 7 (Week 10): Evaluate your desired results and your actual results and determine if you should:

1.       Move onto the next level of exercise and eating program within the Coach Robb Weight Loss Program

2.       Complete the 10 Week Program again and address any missing elements: clean eating, consistent exercise, time management, etc.
